Day 2: Hobart – Tasmanian Seafood Seduction
Early morning meet the bus at the Pennicot Wilderness Journeys Booking Center situated on Hobart's waterfront on Franklin Wharf next to the Constitution Dock Lifting Bridge at 7.45am for your Seafood Seduction Cruise.
Depart 9.00am / Return 4.30pm (7.5 hours)

Relax as one of up to 12 guests, looked after by 2 local guides. Throughout the day you will enjoy a range of local Tasmanian produce, including:
Wild Abalone - your guide will jump in and snorkel to catch wild abalone, which are prepared and served onboard the boat.
Rock Lobster - delicious Southern Rock Lobster (known locally as crayfish) is the centrepiece of your gourmet lunch. Tasmanian Rock Lobster are extremely sought-after and exported all of the world.
Oysters - pull wild oysters from the farm of the multi-award winning producer 'Get Shucked'.
Salmon - visit the Tassal salmon farm, benchmarked as the world's leading salmon farmer.
Sea Urchin - your guide will gather these delicious seafood delicacies from the crystal clear waters around Bruny Island.
Beer & Cider - savour locally made organic cider and boutique beer including Moo Brew and Willie Smiths.

Day 4: Hobart – Launceston via Wineglass Bay
Depart 7.00am / Return 7.00pm (12 hours)

We travel from Hobart heading east then following the coastline north. We travel through the seaside towns of Orford and Swansea as we make our way along the East Coast of Tasmania heading towards Freycinet National Park. We enjoy a brief stop at some of the local highlights along the way at Spiky Bridge, a convict built bridge, picturesque Spiky Beach and then onwards into the National Park. We walk as a group to the Wineglass Bay Lookout where your guide will help you take those sought after photographs. Enjoy the moment and take in the rewarding and world famous view after your walk uphill. The walk to Wineglass Bay Lookout is one of the Great Short Walks of Tasmania and usually takes around 1 -1.5 hours and is a 1.3 km walk each way. The walk to the Lookout being an uphill walk and then downhill on the return leg. From the Lookout you have the option to return to the start of the walk with our tour guide, or for the keen walkers you can choose to spend the rest of your time completing the walk down to Wineglass beach (2.5 hr return). Feel the famous sand between your toes, enjoy a lunch break or take a swim in this beautiful setting. The choice is yours. Day 5: Launceston – Cradle Mountain National Park Tour
Early morning pick up from hotel for your Cradle Mountain National Park Tour.
Depart 8.00am / Return 5.15pm (9.15 hours)

Travel deep into the lush rainforest of Cradle Mountain National Park. Walk through the Enchanted Forest and around the spectacular scenery of Dove Lake and indulge on some of Australia's finest cheeses. Awaken your senses to the magnificent splendour that is Cradle Mountain... Go deep into the Tasmanian forest and experience the solitary wilderness of waterfalls, glacial lakes, rainforest, wildlife and unsurpassed beauty of this World Heritage listed National Park. Discover many walks throughout the rainforest – catch your breath as you first glimpse the craggy outcrop of majestic Cradle Mountain towering above sparkling Dove Lake plateau. The tour duration is approximately 8.5 hours, departing at 8.15am and returning at 5.00pm.
